At Altex Computers & Electronics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return most items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Altex account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, cables, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to Altex

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or visit one of our retail showrooms for an immediate in-person return.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 3-5 business days.
